Carolyn Coleman

Carolyn serves as regional sales vice president, Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Regions, for HM Insurance Group (HM). In this role, she is responsible for the Charlotte, Cincinnati, Erie, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern California, Syracuse and Washington, D.C., territories.

Her areas of expertise include marketplace dynamics, distribution channels, sales and account management and health insurance industry trends.

Prior to joining HM in 2014, Carolyn served as vice president, Sales and Client Management, at Highmark, where she was responsible for managing and growing the overall profitability of existing national clients and for contributing to the growth of national markets membership through the sale of new national clients.

She also held positions in member services, subsidiary business (Health Related Services, Inc.) and national markets. In addition to her years of service at Highmark, she previously worked for Aetna in a sales role.

Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

She serves as a member of the advisory board for “At Home with Ease,” a homecare/personal assistant organization, and is an executive board member for the Board of Trustees for the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
